Accepted Payment Methods

Payments for services offered by Tattva Home Harmony can be made via e-transfer to tattvahomeharmony@gmail.com. We are working towards adding more payment methods. All payments must be made in the currency specified at the time of purchase (e.g. INR, USD, CAD etc.).

Pricing and Fees
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added to the total amount due.

Payment Schedule

For one-time services, full payment is required at the time of booking.

For ongoing or package services, a deposit of 50% is required upfront, with the remaining balance due within 1 week of the service.

Refund Policy

If you cancel a service within 1 days of booking, you are eligible for a full refund.

No refunds will be issued once the service has commenced.

Refunds will be processed within 2 business days and issued to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a service, you must notify us in writing at tattvahomeharmony@gmail.com at least 5 days before the scheduled service date.

Cancellations made less than 5 days before the service date may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.

Late Payments

If payment is not received by the due date, a late fee of 10% may be applied.

Failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of services.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge or initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, your access to our services may be suspended, and you may be liable for any associated fees.

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with evidence of service delivery.

Changes to Pricing
Tattva Home Harmony reserves the right to modify pricing for services at any time. However, any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

Non-Refundable Services
Certain services, such as in-person appointments are non-refundable once booked.
